Density

Walt : observe and record how an egg reacts in fresh vs salt water to understand the concept of density

Method:

We put the egg in the tap water and the egg sunk. We put the salt into the water and gave it a stir , the salt dissolved into the water to help the egg float from the water density. The salt water has more density than the tap water.

Big idea Different shapes can have  many similarities.

we had to organise shapes depending if they were polygons or not.

Question  How many sides does a octagon have?

Reflection: I liked the shapes that had sides.

I liked the colour.

Next time I would Like to do round shapes.
